Refund policy

Due to the artisanal and handmade nature of our Kolhapuri Chappals and other goods, all sales are considered final except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item's  delivery.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered which is damage, defect, or incorrect item's you must notify us within 2 days of receiving the product. Failure to report the issue within this 2-day period may result in the rejection of your return or exchange request.

Upon timely notification, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Once the returned item is inspected and confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will process a replacement, exchange, or refund, as appropriate. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 days. If your exchange is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 days.
